Flight data is sourced from publicly accessible pages on xcontest.org (paragliding) and paramotors.xcontest.org (powered paragliding).
What this site publishes
This site publishes aggregated flight statistics per takeoff area. Individual flight records are shown without pilot names or pilot profile links. The only personal data element retained per flight row is the pilot's country of origin (flag only).
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of this site is non-commercial research and community benefit — helping pilots discover active flying areas. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Pilot names are not published because they are not necessary to achieve this purpose.
Data subjects’ rights
Any pilot may request removal of their flight records from this site. Requests can be submitted by email to: rafal@noga.es
We will action erasure requests within 30 days.
Retention
Aggregated statistics are not individually attributable and are retained indefinitely. If individual flight records linked to a specific pilot need to be removed, we will remove them upon request.
