Purpose: Fixed-scope, fully remote review of your control, estimation, and optimization setup when systems inherited from a previous generation no longer track the new dynamics. Deliverables: 1-page executive summary (current state · top-3 findings · recommended approach · estimated ROI range · go/no-go) + detailed technical report + optional analysis scripts and raw figures + 60-minute Q&A call.
Mode: 5 working days of focused diagnostic effort, completing within 1–2 weeks of kickoff (calendar duration depends on data availability and your team scheduling).

Phase 2: Monthly Advisory Retainer
Purpose: Ongoing senior control engineering support: design reviews, async Q&A, joint architecture work, periodic on-site days. For teams that need senior expertise without the cost of a full-time hire.
Mode: €900/day, minimum 5 days/month. Month-to-month with 30-day notice. Tier examples: Light 5 days/mo €4,500 · Medium 10 days/mo €9,000 · Standard 15 days/mo €13,500 · Heavy 20 days/mo €18,000.

Custom Engagements
